Phonon’s Services of Unlimited and Limited Calls are offered under our Fair Use Policy.

This Fair Use Policy is deployed so that there is minimal intentional or unintentional misuse of our services by any user thus ensuring high quality and continuously innovative services to our end-users.

Our Fair Use Policy for Our Click-to-Call Services includes the following terms:

  • Any user is at the most allowed upto 250% usage of the average usage (on a monthly rolling average basis) of the service across all our accounts for Click-to-Call services and belonging to the same product segment.
  • Since Click-to-Call services are offered for lead generation, calls will be auto-disconnected within 10 minutes of connection.
  • Maximum 5 calls are permitted within any 45-day period to the web-site account holder / advertiser from a fixed visitor number.
  • Post-call SMS alerts are sent to visitor only for 1 call in any rolling 30 day period. Post-call SMS alerts are sent to the website account holder / advertiser after each call irrespective of whether calls are connected or not.
  • In case calls are barred due to abuse control or in accordance with Fair Use Policy, no SMS alerts will be sent.

Phonon without giving any reason can selectively and unilaterally block countries, numbers, requests or accounts of its Click-to-Call customers or their site visitors in case Phonon sees any misuse of it’s click-to-call services.

To prevent any misuse, we need to continuously update our spam and fair use filters. This Fair Use Policy can be changed by Phonon at any time without any intimation to our end-customers or update on this website.
